Exceptional Authorization for Algerian Nationals to enter and exit the National Territory

With effect from now until 31^st October, 2024, Algerian Nationals holding valid foreign passports, on an exceptional basis are authorized to enter and exit the National territory without the obligation to first obtain a Visa following one of the two (02) formulas;

1. Valid foreign passport, accompanied by an Algerian National biometric and electronic Identity card (CNIBE) even if the latter has expired.

2. Valid foreign passport, accompanied by an expired Algerian biometric passport for people who do not hold a CNIBE.
