The President of the Council of the Nation arrives in Uganda
The President of the Council of the Nation, H.E Azouz Nasri, on the 10th May 2026, arrived in Kampala, as the representative of the President of the Republic, H.E Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of President Museveni, scheduled for 12th May 2026.
Upon his arrival, he was received by: the Ambassador of Algeria to Uganda, H.E. Mourad Amokrane, the Ugandan State Minister for Cooperatives, Hon. Gume Fredrick Ngobi, and the Ambassador of Uganda to Algeria, H.E John Chrysostom Alintuma Nsambu.
